Important Information about NAPF

Where: Baker University, Baldwin City, KS

When:   June 26– June 30, 2005

Arrival:  Registration is from 1 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 26.  Please do not arrive at the campus before 1 p.m.  All registrations should be completed by 5:00 p.m.  The conference begins with a welcome to first-time attendees at 7 p.m. after dinner.   Departure:  Plan to leave the morning of June 30 between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m.  Breakfast, at an additional cost, will be available from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. in the Dining Hall.

Housing:      You will stay with an assigned roommate in the campus dorms at the
                        conference. Bed linens, pillow and towels will be provided.

Travel:                  Make flight arrangements to and from MCI International Airport in Kansas City, MO.  Failure to include transportation information on the registration form will result in it being returned to you unprocessed.

Shuttle service can be arranged from MCI International Airport for an additional cost of $15.00 per person.  Reservations for the shuttle must be indicated on the registration form, and payment included with the registration fee.    

Registration:     The registration cost is $305.  Register early and definitely by the deadline of May 2, 2005 to guarantee yourself a spot. We have limited dorm rooms available this year, so please get your registrations in early to insure your space. (A late fee of $50 will be charged after May 9.)  NAPF is open to students who have completed the 9th grade through 12th grade.  Graduating seniors may register for NAPF or HOPE.

Banquet:          Wednesday evening will feature a semi-formal banquet.  Ladies:  Semi-formal dress or pant suit.  Gentlemen:  Dress pants and ties.

Nominations: NAPF officer nominations must be made in advance of the conference on the enclosed nomination form.  The offices to be elected this year are President and  Second Vice-President.

Suggestions:  Leave valuables and extra money at home.  Please wear appropriate casual attire for a Christian conference.

Invited Counselor: The co-directors will be sending invitations to some adults to be counselors. The cost for counselors is $115.  Other adults are welcome to register as CITs (counselors in training) and are asked to pay the full registration fee.
