THE PROVIDENCE FUND

The Executive Committee gave permission to the 2004 Annual Meeting’s Host Committee to establish the “Providence Fund” through the Congregational Foundation. Gifts to this fund will do two things – financially assist Churches which may not be able to afford to send delegates to the Annual Meeting, and establish an endowment which perpetuates such a fund. 60% of every gift that is given to this fund will be used to provide scholarships THIS YEAR, and 40% will help to build the fund. IF YOU WISH TO HELP CHURCHES GAIN THE SENSE OF FELLOWSHIP AND PARTICIPATION THAT YOU OR YOUR CHURCH MAY BE ENJOYING AT ANNUAL MEETINGS, PLEASE SEND YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE NACCC designating it for “The Providence Fund” or include a payment on your registration form.

DELEGATE AND ALTERNATE CARDS

Delegates and Alternates will not be certified without a signed credentials card on file with the Credentials Committee. Certification is required before a delegate or alternate can vote at the Annual Meeting. Credentials cards will only be mailed to the Churches. Please forward to the NA office prior to the meeting with your registration form to help expedite the registration process.
