WELCOME NEWCOMERS!
DO
WE HAVE SOMETHING FOR YOU!
Saturday, June 21, 11:00am
We have
lots of news and information just for you. We want you to
feel welcome and will make every effort to provide you with
all the information you need to get started and to
successfully navigate the “waters” of your first Annual
Meeting.
We
will start with an orientation meeting at 11:00am. You may
sign-up (on the registration form) for the general lunch at
11:30 am. You will then be prepared to attend the opening
session at 1:00pm. We want you to take part in all the
Annual Meeting activities that interest you and to feel a
part of our Congregational family. Participate! Take part!
Enjoy! Your host is Dr. Lottie Jones Hood.
DELEGATE
AND ALTERNATE CARDS
Delegates
and Alternates will not be certified without a signed
credentials card on file with the Credentials Committee.
Certification is required before a delegate or alternate can
vote at the Annual Meeting. Credentials cards will only
be mailed to the Churches. Please forward to the
NACCC office prior to the meeting with your registration
form to help expedite the registration process.
REDISCOVERY
SESSIONS SIGN-UP
Eleven
Rediscovery Sessions will be available on Sunday, June 22.
Each will be offered twice (from 2:00-3:15pm and
3:45-5:00pm).
See the
enclosed flyer for descriptions.
SUNDAY’S REGISTRATION
A special
one-day registration
is offered for Sunday at no cost. Our desire is that anyone
who is within driving distance would take advantage of the
best that the NACCC has to offer – worship, Rediscovery
Sessions, Meet Your Missionaries, Healing & Reconciliation
Service. For this reason, it is very important that you sign
up in advance for the above Rediscovery Sessions so that we
can be sure to accommodate people in the assigned meeting
rooms at the Radisson.
CHILD CARE
If
needed, please contact Carrie at cdahm@naccc.org or (800)
