The Shared Ministries Fund supports the general operations of the NACCC and assures that our many ministries get the resources needed. Support from the Shared Ministries Fund allows the Missionary Society to guarantee that every dollar given to missions goes to missions; enables the Congregational Foundation for Theological Studies (CFTS) to offer seminary students scholarships; helps the Division for Ministry (DFM) provide ministerial services; and assists Congregational Church Development (CCD) with church building and revitalization projects. To do this important work, the Shared Ministries Fund relies largely on contributions from our member churches.

As a voluntary association of churches committed to fellowship with each other, the NACCC suggests guidelines for giving to the Shared Ministries Fund in order to support all of the many services offered to our member churches. One of these guidelines is called FAIR SHARE. A Fair Share church is one that contributes $13 to $15 per active member to the Shared Ministries Fund, in addition to any other contributions given by that church to specific NACCC ministries. Fair Share Plus churches are those whose congregations believe so strongly in what we are collectively doing that they contribute more than $15 per active member.
