Mission Mazahua is located in a beautiful valley approximately sixty miles northwest of Mexico City.  The Hacienda of Tepetitlan is the home of Mission Mazahua.

The Hacienda's bell tower is a distinguishing mark of Mission Mazahua.

The Hacienda's interior has received a great deal of attention as it is in the process of renovation...

for Christian groups to hold meetings...

retreats, and church events which may last a day or a week...

as the facilities can house more than two hundred people.

There are recreational areas...

and Las Rosas, a separate facility which is also under renovation for use....

as classrooms and vocational training in pottery, stained glass and carpet sculpting.

Missionary Assistance Corp (MAC) groups travel to Mission Mazahua to assist in the renovation of the Hacienda and Las Rosas and to work hand in hand with the Mazahua people.

The woodworking shop is fitted with second-hand tools to assist with various volunteer projects.

One team helped build movable/storable bunk-beds for use with larger groups.

The Hacienda has been made as accessible  as possible so each year a group of wheelchair bound men and women come for a spiritual retreat and recreation.

The Hacienda also has a corn mill so farmers in the area can grind their corn.

Worship is always a highlight of a the Mazahua experience....

it'll bring a smile to your face.

I want to make a contribution to the work of this mission!
