The registration cost is $325.00. Register early and definitely by the deadline of May 1, 2003, to guarantee yourself
a spot. (A late fee of $50.00 will be charged after May 8). NAPF is open to students who have
completed the 9th grade through
12th grade. Graduating seniors may register for NAPF or HOPE. HOPE is open to students who have
completed the 12th grade up to age 27.
