SPECIAL
FUND IN REAL NEED OF HELP!
For the first time in memory, The Ministers Assistance and
Enrichment Fund is depleted. Emergency requests have had to be
turned away and enrichment services halted until this fund is
replenished. Any contributions to this fund at this time are most
welcome.
The Church Services Commission is pleased to
offer The Cambridge Platform _ a translation in modern
English by the Reverend Bruce Pratt. Please contact the
NACCC office for further information: (800) 262-1620.
YOUTH LEADER'S RETREAT (February
28-March 2, 2003)
The Youth Leaders Retreat will be held at Piedmont College in
Demorest, Georgia. Information and registration forms are on the
NACCC Web Site (www.naccc.org). When you arrive at the NA
Home Page, place your cursor over the "Youth" item on the left
side of the page. This will give you three choices on a sub-menu
that pops up and you will select "Youth Programs." The Youth
Leader's Retreat is linked off of this page. Also, information on
NAPF/HOPE conferences can be accessed from the "Youth Programs"
page. If you need a flyer and registration form, please contact
Karen Frazzell at 1-800-262-1620, Extension 16 or email kfrazzell@naccc.org.

RECENT YEARBOOK CHANGES
We apologize for the omission of the Rev. Dr. Patrick
Shelley, the Rev. Penelope Swartz, and the Rev. Dr. Peggy
Riethmiller from the list of ministers in the back of the 2003
Yearbook. An up-to-date listing of Yearbook changes is available
on the NACCC worksite at: www.nachurch.org
CHRISTMAS THOUGHT
We received many Christmas cards and greetings from people
during these holidays. One in particular (in the Mt. Dora
"Tidings" newsletter) was written by Rev. Joe Babcock. We pass it
on for your edification, even though Christmas Day has passed.
Millions are missing the point of Christmas
Christ came to give God new visibility
Christ came to give people new possibilities
Christ came to give grace new immensity
Christ came to give glory a new identity |
