Insurance for Property and Liability Losses
from the Financial Services Committee

When your church's insurance policies are approaching their anniversary renewal, it is an opportune time to reexamine the coverage now in place. Make sure the building, contents and other property is adequately insured. And make sure the liability insurance adequately covers wrongful acts of employment practices, officers and directors, and sexual abuse.

Two insurance companies have been suggested for inquiry and quotation. They are:

If your church does not already use either of these companies, give them a call to review your church's coverage and to provide recommendations and a quotation. Of course, you are under no obligation to accept their advice or service.
