FINANCIAL SERVICES

by H.G. Frentz,
Financial Services Committee

Have you thought about establishing an endowment fund in your church? Or reinvigorating one you already have?

Many of our churches have done just that with very good results. Your NACCC Financial Service Advisors can help you do this and guide you each step of the way. (Another free service of your National Association.) Why not call on them to help your church become stronger financially? Examples of successful programs in many of our member churches are available and we can show you how to develop planned gifts to your church to build funding. As part of our "fellowship" together, those churches who have done this are willing to help you succeed too!

One of the programs that will help build gifts to your church and to an endowment fund is a local free "Estate Planning & Wills Seminar" for your members. Such a seminar (usually at a convenient time and lasting only 1-1/2 hours) answers all the questions people have as to making a will, living trusts, tax law answers, how each type of planned gift works and any other questions they may have as to the preservation of their estate or protection of their family. Many of these have been held in our member churches, all with good results.

Our Financial Service Advisors are as close as your telephone and will come work with you. Look up the one closest to your church and give him a call! You will find them all listed in the Yearbook.
