| WEARING THE TECH HAT |

In addition to my work as Dean of CFTS and Executive to DFM, I
sometimes wear the technological hat for our office and
Association. Like so many of you, I may have to wear several
hats at once and multi-task. Such is present life in the church;
we are all growing into various stages of “geekiness” as we live
out the gospel in our time.
The NACCC Yearbook is now fully online. You will find it at
www.naccc.org by clicking on “Churches” in the left hand menu
and then on “Online Yearbook.” Everything that was in the old
printed yearbook is viewable online. More features will be added
over time. The online version is database driven. Which means it
is the most current information available from member churches.
Please remember that Senior Ministers and Moderators may edit
church database information online to keep it updated. A CD
version of the Yearbook will be mailed to every church. Printed
copies may be made from the CD, online or ordered from the NA
Office for $10.00; additional CD’s are $5.00. Moving to the
electronic format is an act of good stewardship; it is much less
expensive to produce. We believe that it will also increase
communication between congregations as every member now has
access.
We often receive calls for information about Church Management
Software (with membership and accounting modules) and Bible
Software. Here is a listing for each.
