WELCOME VI HAMMELMAN!
We are delighted to introduce the Congregational Foundation's first Director of Development, Viola Hammelman. Vi comes to us with nearly 20 years of fund development, nonprofit management, and public affairs experience.

She has worked with emerging and established organizations in all areas of philanthropic endeavor including arts and culture, health and human services, environment, and education. Her creativity with annual campaigns and special project appeals, as well as major gift cultivation and bequest development will be well utilized here at the NACCC.

Initially she will focus on a 50th Anniversary appeal with an emphasis on building the Foundation's first acorn funds in time for our June Annual Meeting! Stay tuned for more information, or feel free to call Vi directly with your interest and ideas. She can be reached at 1-800-262-1620, Extension 25.

Vi's quote to share for October: "I just happen to think that in life we need to be a little like the farmer who puts back into the soil what he takes out." - Paul Newmann, in Ladies' Home Journal, July 1988
