The Pan American Institute sits right on the U.S.  border in Tijuana, Mexico.  The U.S. can be seen in this photo.

The Institute offers a basic education to its students as well as vocational training.  The new computer room offers students an opportunity to gain basic computer skills, learn word processing and spreadsheet functions. These skills will make them highly employable.
