A mile long parade of young people winds
through the streets of Nagarcoil to the
church outside the city's limits for the
Annual Sunday School Rally. |

The walk went on for more than three
hours before reaching the church.
Many carried signs and banners exclaiming
their faith in Christ. |

- in as polite a way as possible - until

The Palliyadi Church is the largest of
the Travencore Church Council, yet us
continues to worship in a bamboo
structure because their church is remains
in the hands of India's Uniting Church. |

The Congregational Christian Hospital
serves those who cannot afford medical
treatment. There are fourteen beds
and a small staff. |

The Collice Ward Nursing School, located
inside the Hospital grounds, offers basic
nurses training to more then sixty
students each semester. |
