We believe our Association is strongest when it has a robust volunteer base representing the diversity of our member churches. Each individual brings special talent, experience and insight to the responsibilities they are assigned. Ideal candidates possess enthusiasm for the Congregational Way and are good team players. We strive for a balance of clergy and laity, male and female representation as well as geographic spread. All elected and serving individuals are expected to attend the Annual Meeting and Conference and participate in pre-meetings, with a portion of expenses covered by the NACCC. Most meetings are via conference call. Please consider the areas of experience and/or interest for the recommended individual with those listed below. Also, please submit a separate form for each individual being recommended. We also accept self-nominations.
