NACCC Resources

The National Association of Congregational Christian Churches exists to create and offer meaningful resources and services to member churches throughout the country. Through our ministry programs, committees, leadership, and information from the Year Round Delegates we can identify current issues affecting the Congregational Christian landscape and develop publications, programs, education opportunities, and events to support our member churches.

Church Resources

The NACCC has partnered with Congregational Christian leaders, practitioners, and community members to develop a number of resources to help guide the growth, development, worship, and staffing needs of our member churches. From handbooks dedicated to the clerical administration of churches to lectures on a variety of current topics, our member churches can look to our Church Resources for inspiration, help, and advice.

Clergy Resources

The health and wellbeing of our clergy leadership is crucial to the health and wellbeing of Congregational Christian churches. At the NACCC, we have developed many educational programs and opportunities for clergy, new and experienced, to enhance their faith journey and practice. Through our Clergy Resources, pastors can find important information on financial assistance, continuing education, chaplaincy, and more.

Understanding Congregationalism

Because the NACCC is made up of diverse member churches from across the country, we are uniquely positioned to offer a wide variety of resources on understanding the Congregational way. We have put together a series of resources dedicated to helping all people, from little to no experience, to long-time Congregationalists better understand the history and polity of Congregationalism.

Pastoral Search

The NACCC has developed an online platform, known as the Pastoral Search, to help connect churches that have pastoral vacancies to clergy who wish to be considered for open positions. Our Pastoral Search platform is free to our active member churches and can be accessed by other churches for a fee.
