A Time to Gather and Grow
The NACCC Annual Meeting and Conference (AMC) is our largest gathering of Congregational Christian churches and their members. Held each year in late June, the AMC brings clergy and laity together from across the National Association for business, learning, worship, fellowship, and connection.
The Annual Meeting is an important expression of Congregationalism. As our member churches form the National Association, the AMC provides an opportunity for churches to come together to conduct the business of the Association and make decisions that serve their common interests. Member churches are especially encouraged to send at least one representative who can participate and vote on behalf of their church.

What to Expect
The AMC includes a variety of opportunities for participation, learning, and fellowship, including:
- Business Sessions: Official voting sessions where delegates conduct the business of the NACCC, including approving the Association’s budget, installing new leadership, and ratifying actions of the Leadership Council and Board of Directors.
- Plenary Sessions and Workshops: Educational and skill-building opportunities covering a wide range of topics. Sessions and subjects vary from year to year.
- Worship and Prayer: Opportunities to gather together in worship and prayer and to celebrate our shared faith.
- Fellowship and Connection: Shared meals, special events, and informal opportunities to connect with other Congregational Christians from across the country.
The AMC is open to everyone, not just official delegates. Non-delegates are warmly welcomed and can participate in educational sessions, worship, fellowship, and other activities throughout the conference.
Planning for the AMC
The location of the Annual Meeting and Conference changes each year. A hotel room block is typically available at or near the conference location, though attendees are welcome to make other lodging arrangements. Travel and lodging costs are separate from the conference registration fee.
Detailed information about the upcoming AMC typically begins to become available in March, with additional details released throughout the spring. Visit our Event Calendar for registration information, schedules, lodging details, and other updates as they become available.

Providence Endowment
Established and initially funded by the 2004 Annual Meeting and Conference Host Committee to help churches offset the expenses of sending a delegate to the Annual Meeting and Conference, the Providence Endowment provides grants to churches that have been unable to send a delegate to the Annual Meeting and Conference for the last three years for financial reasons. This endowment awards grants of up to $500 per church to offset expenses associated with attending the Annual Meeting and Conference.
Applications are due to the NACCC Church Services Coordinator by April 30th of the year the funds are to be applied. Grant recipients will be required to complete and submit a brief report following the meeting.
