“The Leaders Table” is a webinar training series designed to help attendees become better leaders in times of uncertainty and when facing unfamiliar challenges.

Over the course of four 90-minute sessions, participants will explore four key questions:

• What is this new space where we find ourselves? How did we get here?
• How does the Bible guide us in spaces we’ve never been before?
• What are the skills and practices I need to lead in this new space?
• How can I step into those practices in my context?

By digging into these questions with facilitator Alan Roxburgh and fellow NACCC attendees, participants can expect to come away with insight and resources that will allow them to better lead in uncertainty.

The webinar training sessions will take place on:

• May 13, 2025 @ 2:00 pm CT

• May 20, 2025 @ 2:00 pm CT
  • (12:00 pm PT; 3:00 pm ET)
• May 27, 2025 @ 2:00 pm CT

• June 3, 2025 @ 2:00 pm CT
  • (12:00 pm PT; 3:00 pm ET)

The cost of the program is $600 per attendee.

However, to support the accessibility of this training, the NACCC’s Vitality Ministry Council is offering scholarships of $450 each – reducing the total cost of the training for scholarship recipients to $150.

Those interested in applying for a scholarship can email Rev. Julie Sheridan-Smith with a letter of intent that includes the applicant’s name, the name and membership size of their congregation, a statement detailing their interest in the program, and a note on whether they have requested sponsorship from their church, as well as the outcome of that request.
