A Christian Ministry in the National Parks
Colorado
Amy Kennedy
A Christian Ministry in the National Parks (ACMNP) has a presence in 45 national parks with 245 mission team workers and 395 volunteers who provide:
- Evangelism and community development in national and state park communities
- Christian leadership training
- Worship services
Asociacion Civil Cristiana CongregaCional
Argentina
Rev. Dr. Harding Stricker
Asociacion Civil Cristiana Congregacional cares for Spanish descendants located in Jardin America, northeast Argentina, by providing:
- Free primary medical care
- Education, health care, and a soup kitchen for children
- Worship, evangelization, Sunday school, youth groups, Bible study, and outreach
- Community gardens
- A Bible and sports center
ChildVoice
Uganda, South Sudan, & Nigeria
Nathan Mandsager
ChildVoice is dedicated to helping war-affected youth by providing:
- Psychosocial trauma intervention services
- Comprehensive psychosocial and spiritual counseling
- Capacity building, life skills training, and vocational skills training
- Aftercare through long-term coaching, counseling, business training, and more
Christ to the Villages
Nigeria
Matthew Oladele
Christ to the Villages ministers in rural and urban Nigeria through:
- Church planting and evangelism
- Elementary, high school, and college education
- Outreach to children, widows, and the needy
- The Cashew Tree Project
- Support for village churches and pastors
Educational Concerns for Hunger Org. (ECHO)
Florida
Abram J. Bicksler
ECHO provides:
- Keyhole space-saving gardens equipping families to grow produce
- Agricultural trainings and biblical lessons to families in remote areas
- Worldwide seed bank packet distribution
- Appropriate technologies to access clean water, process food crops, prepare meals, and build adequate homes
Fishers of Men
Mexico
Julie Claassen
Fishers of Men ministers through:
- Evangelistic Medical Mission Crusades with medical and dental clinics in remote and poverty-stricken regions of Mexico
- Refuge Ranch, an adoptive home for abandoned children located in central Mexico
- Mending Nets – a developing program intended to strengthen pastors spiritually and emotionally
Happy Life Children’s Home
Kenya
Revs. Peter and Faith Ndungu
Happy Life Children’s Home provides for the needs of abandoned children in a safe family atmosphere which includes the hope for adoption of each child by a Christian family, offering:
- Child support including education, health care, and food
- Housing at Roysambu Home
- Medical care provided by Jesse Kay Hospital and satellite clinics
- Evangelistic outreach and community care at Juja Farm Center
- Education at Happy Life Christian School
Hosanna Industries
Pennsylvania
Katie DeJournette
Hosanna Industries provides:
- Trade skill training programs and worker apprenticeship programs
- New construction four-day “blitz builds” and rehabilitation projects for existing homes
- Disaster relief
- The Hosanna Harvest Garden and canned goods program
- Weekly programming for children and youth
- Two Hosanna campuses dedicated to supporting mission programs
Love Worth Sharing
Haiti
Rev. Jim Owens
Love Worth Sharing is dedicated to helping meet the needs of the people, especially the children, of Haiti by providing:
- Financial assistance to children who have no means of support to attend school
- Saturday feeding programs during Bible Camp
- Medical care and health care awareness
- The Child Rescue and Restoration Program for children rescued from living on the streets
- Church planting, evangelism, and outreach
- Christmas outreach events
- A 2-month-long summer camp
Mission School of Hope
Cameroon
Beatrice Ntube Diffang
Mission School of Hope ministers through demonstration of the gospel of Jesus Christ by providing:
- Education and outreach for village children
- Medical care at Nile and Edna Memorial Clinic and Maternity
- School lunch and school supplies
- Teacher training and teacher retreats
- Community health care
- Evangelism and outreach ministry
- Food sources from the fish farm and piggery
- Livelihood training for sewing, cooking, modern gardening techniques, and modern farming techniques
Morgan Scott Project
Tennessee
Crystal Tompkins
Morgan Scott Project provides:
- Educational support programs for children, youth, and the elderly
- Home repair
- Healthcare financial assistance for clients
- Assistance as needed with domestic violence shelters homeless shelters, and children’s centers
- Services as a network provider for counseling services
- Financial assistance for utility services for clients
- A community garden and the Good Earth Program
Panamerican Institute
Mexico
Laura Ramirez
Panamerican Institute is a fully accredited technical school that offers:
- Student scholarships
- Child sponsorships, education, health care, and food
- The Christmas Basket Program
- Preparation for students to join the job force in Mexico for the purpose of providing a better and more Christian life
Seafarer’s Friend
Massachusetts
Rev. David Hulse
Seafarer’s Friend provides for the spiritual, social, and emotional needs of the New England maritime community through:
- Ship visitation and hosting seafarers ashore
- Addressing concerns aboard ships through mediation and an international network
- Supplying Bibles, chaplaincy services, faith community connections, and counseling
- Connecting seafarers with a support network
Word Alive Mission
Ghana & The Ivory Coast
Rev. Dr. Charles Nyane
Word Alive Mission serves villages and towns in Western Ghana and the Ivory Coast by providing:
- Church planting, evangelism, discipleship programs, and leadership development training
- An orphanage for abandoned children
- Child support with child scholarships, education, health care, food, and youth forums
- Nurse training school and community health care
- A grammar school and Bible college
- Sustainability projects, including a water filtration facility and rubber tree plantation
