Promoting the Congregational Way
Established in 1849, The Congregationalist has been a notable presence, providing resources for local churches, promoting just causes, defining and shaping the Congregational Way. The Congregationalist has been published continuously since 1958 by the National Association of Congregational Christian Churches. Today we combine new knowledge with tradition and spiritual insights to serve our readers. Many of them are active leaders in local Congregational Christian churches across the United States.

- News Briefs—Reports of happenings in local churches, state and regional associations, and throughout Congregationalism, including notice far in advance of upcoming events. These news briefs should be of more than purely local interest and accompanied by a good photograph of at least 600 x 900 pixels. Submit brief to the editor.
- Feature Articles—Major pieces that stand on their own in the magazine; the content may be news, commentary, history, spiritual/theological reflection, how-to churchmanship, or a combination thereof. We strongly recommend contacting the editor to find out if the piece is of interest before investing time and effort in its preparation.
