Leaders Table is an online spiritual formation and peer-learning program for NACCC ministers and churches navigating a rapidly changing cultural and ecclesial landscape.

Rather than offering another method for “fixing” struggling churches, the program creates a space for ministers to build meaningful peer relationships, deepen their understanding of Congregational identity and polity, and develop a renewed imagination for how local churches can become communities of hope. Grounded in Jeremiah 29:7 and the life of Jesus, participants explore what it means to “seek the good of the commons where you dwell” – cultivating shared life, mutual care, and the flourishing of their communities.

Leaders Table is the first of two elements that compose Covenant Companion Tables. Leaders Table is designed to form the initial bonds of peer community, build shared language, practice core disciplines of discernment, and surface real leadership challenges. It is a place of spiritual formation and an experiment in rebuilding the relational networks, shared wisdom, and mutual support that sustain Congregational ministry.

Over the course of five 90-minute sessions, participants will explore four key focuses:

1. Understanding the story we have been living in
2. Seeing that there is another story
3. Attending to God’s agency more than our plans and programs
4. Embracing the practices of dwelling, discerning, and exploring

The cost of the program is $150 per attendee.

To support the accessibility of this training, scholarships of up to $100 per attendee are available through the NACCC.
